Video clip for the song «Zhenimpas» released on the youtube channel “Gukku” January 24 and already got about 40 000 views. The author of the music is the singer himself, Ali Okapov – the Ambassador of the Universiade. The lyrics was written by Markhaba Sabiyeva, the clip director is Yernar Nurgaliyev.

«Zhenimpas» is a social clip revealing the everyday life of Kazakh sportsmen in 4 winter types sports – speed skating, ice hockey, a flying skier and a young figure skater Gulzhan Zhumadilova. “We wanted to show how much efforts spent to get the victory, – saying the director of the singer Yerlan Alimov. Listening to such songs young people, common people get encouraged and go to win”.

As Yerlan Alimov noted, the main idea of the song originally belonged to Ali, later the idea was supported by other people. “We asked other sportsmen to support us and take part in video filming, but many of them were busy by that time and couldn’t take part in it. The video shooting took place on January 3-4 when the sportsmen were preparing for the Universiade-2017. But we were happy to work with those who could take part. We worked with the members of the national team of Kazakhstan. We were especially pleased to shoot the video with a young figure skater Gulzhan Zhumadilova, who is the two time champion of Kazakhstan and gives great hope”.

Costumes were especially made for the video clip. The video shooting was arranged on real sport venues of the Universiade such as ice palace “Almaty Arena” and “Halyk Arena”, on Medeu ice ring, in Chymbulak, in Sports palace Baluan Sholak and ski jumping comlex Sunkar as well as in the Athletes village.

The video will appear soon on big TV channels “Gakku”, “HIT tv”, Muzlife Muzzone, HTK, “31 channel”, “Kazakhstan”, “Almaty”, “Astana”, “Khabar”.
