Julia Galysheva

A Kazakhstan freestyler Julia Galysheva carries on to prepare herself for the Universiade 2017 in Almaty.  In the coming games the sportswoman will be the chief favourite in the mogul as long as she is the reigning champion of the Universiade.

Galysheva said that at the moment she is busy preparing herself for the stages of the World Cup and the coming Winter Universiade in Almaty.  “We are training the right way at home on the slopes in Ust-Kamenogorsk.  On some days, we are going to the gym and for athletic massage.  Everything is as usual, the training goes on all the year around”, said Julia Galysheva.

Also Julia noted that the title of the reigning champion of the Universiade gives me more confidence.  “As for my rivals at the Universiade, I cannot say anything about them yet, probably there will be the same competitors whom I had at the Universiade 2015.  We will see the track together with other participants from other countries.  It means all will be under approximately equal conditions”.

It should be added that Julia Galysheva will fly to Almaty 29 January and the first training sessions of freestylers will begin on 30 January.  Following her participation in the Universiade, Galysheva will head off to Japan to participate in the stages of the World Cup.

Julia Galysheva is the winner and repeated prizer at the World Cup stages, the champion of the Winter Asian Games 2011, the prizer of the World Championship and the winner of the Winter Universiade 2015.iversiade 2015.
